Desislot Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

Desislot is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") Desislot and constitutes a legal agreement between its platform users ("Members").

• Odds in live betting change in real time — the odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Desislot reserves the right to void that bet.
• In system bets and multi-event accumulator bets, if any single event is cancelled, that event is counted at odds of 1.00.

Slots & Casino:

• All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable RNG (Random Number Generator).
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be returned to your wallet.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Desislot:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account under the same person's identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit the bonus system to gain risk-free profits.
• Automation & Bots: Using any software or bot to place bets or play games.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets using any form of match manipulation or insider information.
• Money Laundering: Using Desislot for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Fraud: Attempting fraud through chargebacks, false identity, or any other means.
• Third-Party Funds: Placing bets or managing an account using another person's funds.

Desislot may suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Suspected involvement in prohibited activities.
• When a member voluntarily requests self-exclusion.
• Extended inactivity (no login or transaction for more than 2 years).

If a member wishes to close their account:

You may request account closure at any time by emailing support@desislot.xyz. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account — processing withdrawals after closure may not be possible.

Desislot will not be held liable for the following:

• If a bet or game is interrupted mid-session due to a loss of internet connection.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider.
• In the event of a temporary service outage caused by an unexpected technical issue.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

Desislot always strives to keep the service running smoothly, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Any temporary downtime for maintenance will be communicated in advance.
